The NSPCC is committed to helping all professionals and all agencies protect babies. We firmly believe that by working together, sharing knowledge and offering support, we can all do better for babies.

The NSPCC has created direct service to keep babies safe from harm. These help new parents cope with the challenges of parenthood, bond with their infants and care for them safely. We are working with the most vulnerable families to transform babies’ lives and ensure they have the best possible start in life.

Babies are a priority for the NSPCC and our All babies count campaign is highlighting the vulnerability of babies, and calling for more support for them and their families. It makes sense, therefore, for us to think about the rights of babies – do we think about babies when we think about children’s rights?
